CLEVELAND, OHIO OFFICE GETS NEW PROJECT MANAGER

Ali Parsipour, P.E. has joined the firm, bringing over 21 years of experience.  He will manage projects from the Cleveland, Ohio office.  He will be responsible for engineering designs, project management and construction management related to the implementation of municipality Capital Improvement Programs.  Mr. Parsipour has developed comprehensive CIP project scope, outline, budget and schedules for various A/E consultants.  His responsibilities include technical review of engineering designs, A/E consultant services negotiations, utility relocation coordination, permits, and inspection of contractor work, construction change orders and contract claims resolution.

Mr. Parsipour has a Masters of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture/Engineering from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
